MSc in International Relations Theory (2008-2010)
My interest in international politics and the conditions under which development/underdevelopment and war/peace occurs led me to take modules in Conflict and Peace Studies, Humanitarian Intervention, and IR Theory. I also engaged in partnerships with International Institute for Security Studies (IISS), Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI) and served as an Editorial Board Member for the Millennium.
I excelled at UMass, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 3.97/4.0 overall GPA and a perfect 4.0/4.0 GPA in Philosophy. I was awarded distinction by the faculty of both departments and also earned a Certificate in International Relations and Minor in History.
AA in Liberal Arts (2001-2004)
I initially declared as a Computer Information Systems Major receiving top marks in programming and CAD courses before changing my concentration to History, Economics, Geography and Government.
